About this template

This Discord server template is designed for companies, agencies, software products, and service providers. It separates customer support from general discussion, making it easier for visitors to find answers and for staff to handle requests.

The layout includes a support desk, troubleshooting resources, bug reports, service updates, product announcements, feature requests, customer discussions, and live demonstration spaces. Private channels are included for support coordination, escalations, incidents, and internal planning.

The template also includes roles for administrators, support staff, technical specialists, product teams, and customers.

What's included

Discord's template copies the server's structure:

  • Categories and channels
  • Roles and their permissions

The Channels and Roles preview above is written and kept up to date by STUDIO ASX. It shows names and role colours, not permission settings. If anything differs, the Discord template is what you get.

What's not included

  • Messages, chat history or members
  • Bots, ticket systems, integrations or webhooks
  • Custom emojis, stickers or server boosts
  • Forum, Announcement and Stage channels. Discord does not include these channel types in server templates.

Servers already created from a template do not change when we update the template.

How to use this template

  1. Press Use Template. Discord opens the template in your browser or app.
  2. Sign in to Discord if asked, name your new server and choose Create.
  3. Add your own bots, emojis and integrations, and check the role permissions before you invite members.

A template always creates a new server. It cannot be applied to a server you already have.
